All equipment purchases are final once an order has been processed.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Approved issues will be resolved through replacement, repair coordination, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Products damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Manufacturer defects verified upon delivery

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect compatibility or configuration selections

  • Normal wear or cosmetic preference
